ROBERTO BORIO, Born on 6 July 1976 It is the owner of the farm IL TELAINO.
From 2003, I started to support a beekeeper in the works of honey extraction and recovery of swarms. It is triggered in me at this time a deep interest in the world of bees, which over the years has become a real passion.
In spring 2011 It started my amateur beekeeping activities, in principle with 2 only families , until you get to 20 families. In 2012 I attended a course in beekeeping, organized by the Consortium Beekeepers of the Province of Turin, in collaboration with the University of Turin.
I continued training in 2013, with the course "Introduction to sensory analysis of honey", always organized by the Consortium Beekeepers of the Province of Turin.
In 2014 I embarked on a professional activity in this field, initiating the farm: increasing considerably the number of households, devoting full time to the beekeeper profession.
